My oldest son, Nathan, turned 12 on July 3rd. I cannot believe that I am old enough to have a child who is 12:) One thing I do know...it is getting harder to make cards for him! I can't do anything too cutesy but he's not an adult either. SO...this year I decided on a camping theme as he loves camping. The bear was popped up on double dimensionals as was the sleeping bag so in real life it is quite 3D. The bear was watercolored on SU watercolor paper with SU markers and an aquapainter. The grass was sponged and then I drew in the "grass" markings. The saying was embossed with white embossing powder.
Stamps: Happy Camper, Happy Everything, Canvas BG, Under the Stars
Cardstock: Creamy Caramel, choc. chip, white, watercolor paper
Inks: Ruby Red, Garden Green, Soft Sky, Creamy Caramel, Choc. Chip, Close to Cocoa
Accessories: white embossing powder, dimensionals, Photo corner punch, vintage brads, white gel pen, Big Shot Scallop Circle

Fabulous card Rhonda... hope he liked it... great colors and I really like the circle piece. TFS!
