2008 Christmas Card

Scooter - Nov 24, 2008 002  Okay, this one is out of season but since I couldn't post it at Christmas......

This was one of my Christmas cards for 2008.  The main image took...FOREVER... to color but it was worth it in the end.  I used diamond Stickles for the "snow" on the steps and on the light so it was really shiny in real life.  The image was colored with Stampin Up markers.

Stamps:  Home for Christmas, Winter Post, Canvas BG

Inks:  Black stazon, versamark

Cardstock:  Whisper white, kraft, riding hood red

Accessories:  1 1/4" Riding Hood Red Grosgrain ribbon, stickles, dimensionals, SU markers

About me

  • My name is Rhonda Favreau (stampinpurple on SCS). I live in Saskatoon, Sask., Canada. I am a wife (married 12 years), mother of 2 boys and a girl (12, 8 and 6 years old), and a Stampin' Up demonstrator. I took up stamping six years ago because I needed a hobby (I had never really had one!) and chose scrapbooking because I was expecting our third child and thought it would be fun.
